How much can you borrow?

In general terms lenders will offer finance up to 75% of the property value (75% LTV). If you have additional security then we are often able to look at up to 100% financing.

Rates

In general rates are normally linked to the Bank of England Base Rate or LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate).The rate applicable is closely related to the loan to value (LTV) of the property you are financing. Rates start as low as 2.5% above BBR.

Credit History

We have commercial mortgages available for people with all types of credit history, from a clean record to those with missed payments, CCJs and mortgage arrears depending on the situation.

 

Repayment Types

Interest Only options are available - sometimes for an initial period - depending on the loan to value and lender. Otherwise the loan is set up on a capital and interest repayment basis to ensure repayment of the amount borrowed.
